This page is for contractors who want to receive those calls. It is not a job posting. Discussingfamiliar Walk-In Tubs does not hire employees to do bathroom work.

Who we work with

We look for independent providers who handle one or more of these projects in the Arlington Heights area:

• Walk-in tubs
• Residential walk-in showers
• Residential tub-to-shower conversions

Experience with older frame houses, bungalows, ranch homes, and basement-level bathrooms is a plus. Those homes make up a large part of the region.

What we expect

Homeowners are often nervous about hiring. We ask providers to be calm, clear, and honest. In practice, that means:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Answer questions in plain words
• Give written quotes that spell out the scope
• Explain what could change the price, such as hidden rot or tricky plumbing
• Show up when you say you will, or tell the homeowner early
• Never pressure a homeowner to sign on the spot

You run your own business. You set your own prices and manage your own crew.
